About This Project
A free, open-source Bitcoin DCA calculator built for long-term thinkers. No accounts, no email capture, no shitcoins.
Why This Exists
Bitcoin education online tends to be scattered across dozens of sites, buried under ads, or quietly trying to sell you something. This tool is an attempt at the opposite.
- •Reduce fragmented education. One place for DCA simulation, self-custody guides, mining info, and real-time Bitcoin data.
- •Make long-term thinking easier. Self-custody, dollar-cost averaging (buying a fixed amount on a fixed schedule), and the halving cycle, explained for beginners without the jargon.
- •Stay neutral and non-custodial. This site never holds your keys, never asks for personal info, and never disguises a paid placement as advice. The few paid links it carries are labeled where they appear.
Purpose & Transparency
This site exists to provide free, Bitcoin-only education. The arrangement, in full:
- •No user accounts. No email collection. No data harvesting.
- •No paid products, no token, no newsletter upsell.
- •Some links are affiliate links (clearly labeled). They help cover hosting and development so the education can stay free.
- •The site runs cookieless display ads to cover ongoing costs. We keep them minimal and avoid misleading or low-quality placements.
- •If monetization ever changes, it will be optional, transparent, and aligned with Bitcoin values.
Affiliate Disclosure
- •Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. They are labeled "(affiliate)" wherever they appear.
- •Clicking is optional. The site works the same either way.
- •No paywalls. No accounts. No email capture.
- •Affiliate links point to Bitcoin-aligned, non-custodial tools, with one exception: the mining page carries a clearly labeled affiliate placement for GoMining, a custodial, token-based hashrate product. That section leads with our own warnings rather than an endorsement, and we would rather you skip it than get hurt by it. No shitcoin products, ever.
Ads & Analytics
Ads help cover hosting and development costs. Here is everything that runs:
- •Display ads come from A-ADS, a Bitcoin-native network. They set no cookies, build no profile of you, and do not follow you to other sites. Each ad is picked by the page it sits on, not by your browsing history.
- •Google AdSense was removed in July 2026. Surveillance advertising contradicts what this site says about privacy, and the lower revenue was worth it.
- •Traffic stats come from Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Both are cookieless and aggregate, so they cannot identify you.
- •Accept analytics in the cookie banner and Google Ads conversion tracking loads. It tells us whether our own advertising reaches anyone. Decline and it never loads.
- •We do not sell personal data ourselves.
- •You can use an ad blocker. The site still works.
- •We keep ads minimal and avoid misleading or low-quality placements. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

drix, an independent Bitcoiner. No company, no VC funding, no team of marketers. Just someone who got tired of scattered, ad-ridden Bitcoin tools and decided to build something better.
The aim is a clean, honest calculator that shows what consistent Bitcoin accumulation looks like over time. Nothing beyond that.
